- 100 grams heavy cream
- 100 grams sugar
- 250 grams mascarpone cheese (or any other cream cheese)
- 150 grams greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder (or extract)
- 1 cup graham crackers (blended)
- 3 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- strawberry sauce (fresh, or coulis)
- strawberries (a couple of fresh)

Directions
- Mix your graham crackers with the melted butter and divide them into four glasses, press down with your hand to compress them. Put in the fridge to chill.
- In a mixer mix your heavy cream with your sugar until it has turned into whipped cream.
- Add your yogurt, cream cheese and vanilla powder and mix well.
- Divide that into your four glasses leaving room for your strawberry sauce.
- Top with your fresh strawberry sauce and decorate with a few fresh strawberry slices.
