perfect chili. i caramelized 1/3 onion with meat in skillet, used one giant jalapeño, one bell pepper. i let the cooker do it’s thing on high for 6.5 hours and left on low for another 1.5. served in a bowl over a bed of brown rice and a three cheese blend to top. 🤙🏾
