I recently started a kind of Paleo/no carb, no sugar, no dairy way of eating and came up with this take on bone broth.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 4 beef bones (large)
- 1 bulb garlic (unpeeled.)
- rosemary (Branch of)
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- pepper
- water

Directions
- Ok. Place all ingredients in a large pot
- Fill the pot with water enough to cover the bones
- Place on burner and turn to high flame. Allow to boil for a few minutes then turn to a simmer for about an hour.
