Make a lot of cranberry sauce! I would suggest easily cutting it in half and you'll still have plenty. There seemed to be a lot of walnuts too; next time try 3/4 cup?? I didn't think it was that bad, even made it without the flax/egg and turned out great. Just didn't need to cook it as long (70 minutes).
