Really great taste, added a bit of Greek Club House spices on the top before cooking. Grilled (on Broil)for 5 minutes before serving

Love this roasted vegetable medley. I also add wedges of onions which are so good with other vegetables. We like this so much that I make it about once a week. I also cut the carrots into smaller pieces like French fries and they are amazing. Highly recommend!
