- 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
- 1/2 red pepper (sliced)
- 2 celery ribs (sliced thinly)
- 3 cloves black garlic
- raw honey

- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt (to taste)

- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
