- 6 Chinese broccoli (stems and leaves thinly sliced)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 shallots (sliced)
- 2 bunches scallions (trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces, reserve the greens for garnish, optional)
- 2 pkg. enoki mushrooms (halved width-wise)
- 1 head napa cabbage (sliced 1/2-inch thick)
- 1 red onion (sliced)
- kosher salt (to taste)
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 12 oz. noodles (longevity)
- 1 cup sauce (black, |250 ml)
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 8 heads shell (on shrimp, 10/20 size, deveined, on, head-on)
- 2 king crab legs (split and cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 1 lobster
- 2 inches claws
