- vegetable (Any green leafy, that you like, I used sawi, washed and cleaned and cut)
- 2 cloves minced garlic (or crushed)
- 5 Tbsp. dark soy sauce (sweet)
- 1 Tbsp. kecap manis
- 4 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water (or stock)
- 1 handful prawns (shelled, deveined with tail left on)
- 1 squid (large, skinned and sliced into bite sized pieces)
- 1 fishcake (slab of, sliced)
