- 600 mL water
- 400 mL coconut milk
- 1 medium potato (peeled and diced into 2cm/1in cubes)
- 350 grams white fish (boneless fillets of firm, such as hoki, blue grenadier or hake)
- 1 red bell pepper (small, cut into thin strips)
- 1 yellow pepper (small, cut into thin strips)
- 3 tsp. fish sauce (season to taste)
- 3 tsp. sugar (season to taste)
- scallions (chopped, or cilantro for garnishing, optional)
