Delicious and healthy but truth in cooking times please! With two of us working we prepared this in an hour. Yummly’s ingredient list has an orange but actually you just need orange juice. The recipe calls for corn flour - should be corn starch. The recipe tells you to cook the noodles as an afterthought. Don’t wait until everything else is prepared to boil your soba!

This was a great recipe. My husband hates tofu so I substituted asian mushrooms. Added extra veg so there was no need for cornflour at all. It was very spicy but just right for us. ( if you don't like it so spicy cut down the siracha and sambal by half and it will still be brilliant. )

This is one of my new favorite recipes! Sooo good. I have just started trying tofu recipes and this is a winner in my book! It’s a little fiddley to make, but the instructions are easy to follow and the flavors are great. Will definitely be adding it to the rotation.

Delicious! Takes a bit of prep so I should prepare produce a day ahead next time to speed there prep time.
