- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- salt (if needed)
- 1/4 cabbage (finely sliced into strips)
- 1 carrot (pealed and cut into strips)
- 1/2 fennel (finely sliced)
- 4 spring onions (sliced on the diagonal)

- 1 Tbsp. tamari
- 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp. mirin
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp. brown rice miso
- 4 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds
- 4 Tbsp. salted peanuts (crushed a little)
- 1 handful coriander
- 1 handful fresh mint
- black sesame seeds (sprinkle)
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1 cup water (250ml)
- rapeseed oil (splash)
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider (organic)
- 1 pinch sea salt
