    I used thicker udon noodles and added oyster sauce. I didn’t just limit my veggies, I also added oyster mushrooms, baby corn, and .bamboo shoots 10/10 would recommend

    We replaced mushrooms with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, because I am allergic to mushrooms. It was delicious. I took the leftovers to work and it was the best lunch at work I ever had. Really great recipe. Thank You.
