My husband was obsessed with this! I garnished with green chilies as well, would add a little less soy sauce

I used thicker udon noodles and added oyster sauce. I didn’t just limit my veggies, I also added oyster mushrooms, baby corn, and .bamboo shoots

We replaced mushrooms with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, because I am allergic to mushrooms. It was delicious. I took the leftovers to work and it was the best lunch at work I ever had. Really great recipe. Thank You.

Delicious! Easy to make. Missing some vegetable for freshness and nutrition, will add some carrots and broccoli next time.
