- 3/4 cup low fat yoghurt (plain or greek, unsweetened)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla essence
- 1 cup Swerve Sweetener (or Natvia)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 50 grams unsweetened chocolate (90% Cocoa, I use Lindt 90% cocoa)
