These were dreadful. They look good, but the muffin without any oil in recipe stuck to the foil lined cupcake wrapper. The taste was not a bit sweet. With all the wonderful healthy muffin recipes out there, skip this one.

A little dry, needed more of a sweetener than chocolate chips. Had to add a peanut butter glaze.

The muffins turned out jummy! They were a bit dense, especially the edges, but I suppose you can't avoid it if you're using protein. I added chocolate chips and the muffins were a blast :-D

Very very good. I had extra sunflower seeds, so I ground them in a blender and used this as the base flour. It gave them a heavier feel. The banana taste is light. I also included chocolate chips which makes them feel more like a treat and less like a high protein snack. Mine were cooked in exactly 12 mins as well. Yum!

These turned out great! I'm trying to get more protein in my preteens. They loved these "banana chocolate chip" muffins. No need to tell them they are healthy.
