  • 1/2 cup fruit (soft, apricots, peaches, pears, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup safflower oil
  • 1/4 cup honey (for babies over 12 months)
  • 1/4 cup tofu (for protein, you can leave this out if you want)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (whole milk, or his favorite fruit flavor)
