A deliciously refreshing cocktail sure to cool you down on hot summer days! Also great as a mocktail!
Ingredients

- 1 cup hibiscus flowers (dried)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 cups boiling water
- 15 oz. Herradura Silver Tequila
- 5 oz. fresh lime juice
- 5 oz. liqueur (Hum Hibiscus)
- soda water (optional for mocktail)
- 7.5 oz. simple syrup (Hibiscus)

Directions
- Steep hibiscus flowers in boiling water for 2o minutes
- Strain hibiscus flowers into sugar to make a hibiscus tea simple syrup
- Fill large pitcher with ice.
- Add hibiscus simple syrup, herradura, lime & hum liqueur. Stir and pour over ice!
- For mocktail, omit the herradura and hum, substitute soda water.
