- 2 baby bok choy (clusters)
- 1/3 cup mint (chopped)
- sauce (Almond)
- 5 Tbsp. almond butter (no salt added, best to purchase the kind with oil in it)
- 3 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos (or coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 lime (or whole lime if an extra tangy flavor is desired)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (raw organic)
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes (as needed or desired for heat)
- 1 Tbsp. water (if needed to make the sauce thinner)
- almonds (shaved)

- red chile pepper
