OMG so much easier than expected by looking at the ingredients!! I used Nestle cocoa and still amazing!!

Absolutely delicious! It's a Hershey bar in frosting form. As the directions are short, I recommend adding the sugar 2 cups at a time and slowly adding the milk and vanilla vs. all at once. Beat on med-high for 5-7min. I doubled the recipe for 24 cupcakes.
