Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 scallions (medium, white parts only, sliced thin)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill (leaves)
- 1/2 cup parsley leaves (packed)
- 1 garlic clove (small, minced or pressed through a garlic press)
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (I used sriracha, and I added WAY more than a teaspoon, just because I love it so much-just add to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper (cored, seeded and diced fine)
- chips (or bread for serving, I used a Hawaiian bread bowl…..ummm delicious…and some garlic pita chips)
- parsley (Extra, /red pepper for garnish, optional, but it looks so much better with it!!!)
