Avocado is missing from the list. I went off trail with the spices and added rutabaga. I put it on top of pasta with a little tomato sauce. IT WAS SO GOOD. I enjoyed the leftovers for a couple day and the flavors just kept improving.

Amazing, easy, and delicious meal! I will definitely make it again. But I agree with the previous comments - you might want to add some meat :)

Not too strong on its own. I added a lime crema sauce with cumin which I think really kicked up the flavor. Also because of the other comments, I added the asparagus ten minutes earlier than instructed and it was the texture I’d prefer. But otherwise nice flavor profile and good mix of vegetables!

delicious. added minced garlic and Ginger to the roasting process and some brown sugar to the spices

This was really good. Went with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
I also added green, red and yellow bell peppers as well as halved grape tomatoes then dusted it all with smoked paprika.

Not too bad. Would recommend sticking the asparagus in a little earlier than recommended and increasing the amount of spices/herbs used.

easy to make and tasted great. i will definitely be having this again might add mushrooms to it next time.

It was really good. The asparagus turned out a bit woody but the rest of it was delicious. I did add kielbasa to this so it wasn’t vegetarian.
