- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (+ 2-6 tbsp. additional flour when kneading, I used 1 ½ cups + 6 tbsp. flour)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 ¼ tsp.)
- 1/2 egg (yes, I used half egg and use the other half for another recipe..)
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/8 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp. dried parsley
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
