Hmmmmm, that’s tasty. Very simple. Very delicious. I added red bell pepper and minced garlic. Served with pinto beans and tofu.

Was a great side dish. Made 1/2 water 1/2 chicken broth for a little more flavor.

this was good! i omitted the salt due to diet restrictions, and it was a little bland even with the lemon and herbs. next time I'll cook it in (low sodium) chicken stock for a bit more flavor.

This was enjoyable and would make again. The lemon in the quinoa comes out well. Great side dish to accompany fish or chicken cooked with a lemon base/flavor.

So yummy! So easy! I served it cold instead of and preferred it that way. Paired it with a tofu dish and it was perfect!
