I have made this recipe twice with a few additions! I add more breadcrumbs (usually 1/2 cup and then a little extra at the end) and I add sea salt and regular salt so they have plenty of flavor! Then, about a cup of shredded fat free mozzarella to add a cheesy element, plus about 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. They are so tasty!
