- 2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup citrus (Private Selection, & Savory Rub)
- 1/4 cup pear (Private Selection Oregon, & Pepper Jelly)
- 2 Tbsp. chicken stock
- salt

Directions
- Trim pork of all visible fat. Coat pork with rub and marinate in refrigerate for 1 hour.
- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine jelly, stock, and salt & pepper, stirring frequently until sauce thickens.
- Grill pork over high heat for 15-20 minutes, turning a few times to brown all sides, until pork reaches a safe internal temperature of 145*.
- Remove and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes. Slice pork into 1" pieces, plate, and serve with a drizzle of jelly mixture.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
