This was the second time I tried this. I think it is excellent and very easy. I checked the temp after only 5 minutes in the oven and I'm glad I did. It would have been way over done to our liking, after they rested. I will use this recipe every time I cook these lamb chops. I would however use a little less salt in the marinade and I used more olive oil in the marinade and put all in a zip lock bag so I could move it around better.

Very flavoursome for something so simple. Easy to prepare & the kids loved it. 40 out of 10 apparently lol. Would defiantly do this again
