I was looking for a way to use up some chicken broth, and this recipe fit the bill. I doubled the recipe to serve three people as a side dish, so I’m unsure how two cups of noodles would provide eight servings. I used fresh parsley. The garlic could be cut back a bit; it is *very* potent as is, but the noodles were still delicious. A simple idea that I’ll keep in mind going forward.
