Description
This marinade imparts a tantalizing herb flavor to grilled steak. Thinly slice any leftover steak for French Dip sandwiches or serve over a Caesar Salad.

- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp. mccormick perfect pinch italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (French’s® Classic)
- 1 1/2 tsp. McCormick Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's®)
- 1/2 tsp. mccormick black pepper, coarse ground
- 1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin (boneless, about 1-inch thick)

Directions
- Mix wine, oil and seasonings in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- Grill over medium heat 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting across the grain into thin slices.
