delish. I heated cast iron flat plate, quickly seared each side on stove, then finished cooking in oven. served with greek yoghurt, veg, and a little homemade mint sauce. yum

Made the potato salad. Well with it and not much effort. Did cut right back on the capers. 5 tablespoons on top of salty feta seemed too much. Be aware you need to click through from the lamb chop recipe to get to the potato salad.
