Taste wise it’s good, but a tad dry (I did let it rest before slicing it) I’ll bake it for less time next time maybe. It was nice to use the thyme and sage I have growing at home

Next time I will roast it first in my cast iron pan before putting it in the oven

This was really good and easy. I added sage to the herbs with no other changes. Superb.

We loved this recipe! It came out tender and very flavorful. Be sure to let it rest when it comes out of the oven.

Came out great! I used fresh thyme and sage chopped up and sprinkled on top of the tenderloin!
