Tasted great! I was used to eating spinach dip warmed... so, I was leery about a chilled version. Wow, was I surprised! This was excellent. I first used Ritz Pita chips for dipping, which worked well. I then tried Ruffles Ridges potato chips.... THOSE did it for me.

Very easy and delicious! I didnt use the optional water chestnuts. If I made it again I'd probably half the recipe because it ended up being a very large amount.

My sister in law made this and put it into the pumpernickel bread. It's very good! Very easy to make and taste delicious!! Skip the package and add your own mix of veggies like, red bell peppers to this as well as some carrots, onions, parsley, and some zest of lemon is all good if you like them. Or add your own variation to it.

Quick, easy and very tasty! Note to self, no need to add salt, there is enough seasoning in the veggie dip packets. I added salt out of habit....ended up having to double the recipe to even it out. However adding fresh cracked black pepper did send this over the top.

Totally enjoy this recipe and love to take for get togethers, and to enjoy responses of someone new to this great recipe!

Very good. I use it often for any occasion I can get away with. It's especially good as a dip bowl in a round pumpernickel bread.

I love this recipe for it's simplicity but more so for it's great taste!!!! It is always the first "bowl" to be emptied at any get-together that I take it to.

we love this recipe. I have also added chopped up water chestnuts. It adds a little texture, but doesn't change the good taste.
