Good recipe! I did not make the quiche in a crust and I added bacon and green pepper! I also used up leftover cheeses...pepper jack, Swiss and cheddar. Baked it exactly 40 minutes and it was done perfectly! Great recipe for all my garden tomatoes. I used better boys and romas. Will definitely make again!
