  • 2 tablespoons italian blend cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 14 ciliegine ("cherry size", marinated mozzarella balls, plus more for snacking while you cook)
  • 2/3 cup garlic scape pesto (or plain basil pesto)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • grated Parmesan (optional--, to shake over top of the tart before baking)
