- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked in warm water for 30 minutes)

Perfect I just added a little chilli to the cashew filling and a little eggplant to the topping, thank you!!

We ran out of cashews and substituted 1/2 c almonds and 1/2 c walnuts and turned out amazing! Also added 2 extra cloves of garlic to the herb filling since I'm obsessed with garlic. It was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to make another one when we get our next big batch of tomatoes from the garden.
