I’ve made this twice now and am wondering if a third time in three weeks is too many… Love it!

Delicious and easy to make. I used some frozen corn , rotisserie chicken , chopped 1 jalapeño
Also looking at other recipes for a topping someone used 3/4 cup sour cream, 2 TBSP tequila, lime zest, mix together for topping ...omg this was delicious
I will definitely make this again

Sooooo yummy!
Used corn instead of hominy and left out the tomato paste. Sooo yummy! I have made it multiply times now and it always turns out good!
