- 1 onions (medium, chopped)
- 1 carrots (large, chopped)
- 2 lb. boneless sirloin steak (cut into 3/4-inch cubes)
- 1/2 cup dry red wine (or beef broth)
- 1 jar Ragu® Robusto!® Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz.)

Directions
- In 6-quart saucepot or Dutch oven, cook bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until crisp. Stir in onion and carrot and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in steak and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add wine and Pasta Sauce; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked rice or noodles.
