Delicious! And a perfect base soup. Added leftover Thanksgiving turkey and surely pairs well with the rosemary.

This recipe gets an A from me for ease of preparing and deliciousness of the result. I added an extra can of beans for a heartier soup. Will definitely make this one again.

This is a great base recipe to build on and make your own! I added kale instead of spinach, skipped the lemon and blended the soup in the end so it was very creamy and served with parmesan shavings and drizzle of pesto, extra delicious!

Well,i told my son what we were having and he made a face cause no meat. So i doubled the recipe, added thinly sliced polka kielbasa with the onions and celery and garlic and 6 cups of broth and both hubby and son raved. Best part was squeezing fresh lime into each bowl. MUCH better than tame little lemo.

This was really weird. I don’t like what the lemon did to it. I might try it again, but without the lemon and with more veg.

I didn’t have any spinach so I substituted it with kale. I added a little more celery and left the garlic out because my husband’s stomach can’t handle garlic. It came out good.
