Description
A beef flavored vegetable stew without the cost and cooking time of stew meat. I had some left-over store bought beef stock, but no stew meat. Since I had vegetables and brown gravy mix, I created this easy and delicious stew.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- 1/8 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- black pepper
- 1 potato (small, cubed)
- 1 carrot (thick sliced)
- 1 celery stalk (thick sliced)
- 1/3 cup frozen green beans
- 1/4 cup onion (course chopped)
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup water

Directions
- Combine all the ingredients except for gravy mix, flour and water.
- Heat to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 hr.
- Strain cooked vegetables; return stock back to pan.
- Stir water in with brown gravy mix and flour; add to hot stock; bring to a boil, stirring frequently, then reduce heat and cook until thickened.
- Add vegetables back in to gravy and heat through - Enjoy!
