  • garlic (for roasting the tomatoes)

  • 3 red skinned potatoes (large, diced)
  • 1 1/2 cups green beans (cut into 1 inch pieces.)

    I made this today after shopping for all the fresh summer produce. Roasting the tomatoes with great hunks of garlic and all the seasonings. It is time consuming but so goooood! Will definitely make this again.

    Delish! I added hamburger to half the batch for my meat & potatoes man but it was tasty just veggie style too.
