Simple and really good. First, I sauteed 1/2 an onion, 3-4 stocks of chopped carrots and celery. Then added 2 gloves of garlic, can of kidney beans, can of diced tomatoes, 4 cups of vegetable broth, 1 tbsp of parsley, 1 bay leaf, juice from 1/2 a lemon, salt, pepper, and cumin. Seasoned to taste. Simmered on low for 30 minutes. Served 4 - 5 people.

Great! Put more veggies and some cannelloni beans with 2 cups extra veggie stock Good seasoning

i added a can of chopped tomatoes in puree, an extra cup of chicken broth, a can of garbonzo beans, light spinach, a pinch of hot sauce. Very delicious.

Love this recipe!
Of course, I do modify anything I make- mostly because it’s against my nature to follow instructions.
I added:
quartered mushrooms
frozen Lima beans- (thank you other reviewer for the idea)
Garlic
And Chili flakes because I love everything with a kick.. and as mentioned by another reviewer, I started with only a small squeeze of lemon and decided to add if I needed too (which I didn’t)
I’m so happy with how this came out! Perfect for a rainy day or a light dinner/lunch!

I love this simple soup ! I used Lima beans and corn and green peas i- it was all the frozen vegetables I had! This soup turn out great. It is very easy to make you can have a veggie burger on the side with it or just some toasted bread and a piece of fruit

Too sour. Juice of 1 lemon is way too much! It came out tasting more like lemonade than soup. 3 tbsp of lemon juice would be enough.

Easy and delicious! Next time I think I'll include more fresh veggies, fewer tomatoes and add some sort of beans.

Amazing! would definitely try again i loved it and so did my family. However I did add more seasoning to mine to spice it up.

The soup turned out great. The only substitute I used was 2 10.5oz cans of Fire Roasted diced tomatoes with Garlic. it added a little extra flavor we all really enjoyed.
