    I had to do some bean substitutions (doubled the white beans, didnt have butter, and then used canned kidney) and halved the salt due to autoimmune issues. This was absolutely fantastic. I also doubled the recipe. Pairs well with a Viognier <3

    This has quickly become a favourite for our mixed (veggie and non-veggie) household. We go all out, and add cornflour dumplings. So so good.

    Super easy to make and absolutely delicious. This is my families go to easy meal. We've substituted the beans (black or more white beans) and we've also tried it with chicken stock. Either which way it's delicious.
