Quite good. I used homemade stock, a couple cups more than the recipe so I added more ham and vegetables. Used shredded carrots, some frozen zucchini shreds and frozen broccoli. Cooked it a bit longer to cook the vegetables. A bit more cheddar cheese, adjusted salt and pepper at the end. Tasty, nutritious soup I’m about 1/2 hour and that was with frozen vegetables and stock. Definitely a soup to keep in mind for work nights.
