- 8 oz. seitan (chopped into bite size pieces)
- 2 cups beans (or 1 15 ounce can of pinquito, OR pinto beans)
- 1 cup wheat berries (winter, boiled and prepared in advance)
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 14 oz. fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cube bouillon (fake beef or vegetable)
