I made this recipe with vegan sausage and homemade mushroom soup and vegetable broth. It was delicious. Thank you for sharing such a great recipe.

A family favorite! Both my husband and kids love this. It's also an easy way to sneak in some fresh veggies! Don't be afraid to mix up the veggies and alter what this recipe calls for. Tastes great as given or switch out the celery for zucchini or eggplant or add in fresh broccoli, etc. Can't go wrong here! Two thumbs up!
