I am not an experienced cook but this was easy ! Just chop chop chop, simmer simmer, plop ! I did add more broth.

GREAT!! Of course, I did add salsa (whole30) vice the tomato and a portobello mushroom and the flavor was fantastic !!!

This soup was good, however our family likes more of a broths soup. I added two and a half cups more broth and a cup of water and it still wasn't enough. If I made it again I would drastically reduce the sweet potato and increase the broth and water like I did..
