My husband and I really enjoyed it! I omitted the green onion for preference. I also used one can of corn and two cans of ro-tel instead of separately adding chiles. I added a little extra cheese and a dollop of sour cream when serving. Maybe some black beans would be good too? Will definitely try it again. (2nd time: used 2 cans rotel, 1 can rinsed/drained black beans, 1 can plain drained corn. Used ground turkey instead of beef. Delish!)

This was yummy. I love spaghetti, and I'm glad to have found a twist on it. I will definitely be making this again.
