I was trying to use up some items in my pantry, freezer and fridge by making a soup and found this recipe that fit the bill. We enjoyed it a lot. The only changes I made were to use chicken broth rather than vegetable and added red chili flakes for a little kick. I would make this again.

Really good!! I accidentally added the whole box of pasta so it wasn’t as “soupy” as we like it but so I won’t do that the next time! This is a great weeknight meal because it’s quick and easy and we have leftovers!

Easy to make and great for cold weather. I substituted parsley for baby spinach and still tasted wonderful!

This recipe was delicious without any changes. Next time I’ll reduce the carrots and celery by 1/2 and add spinach or kale just for kicks.

This turned out great! Everyone loved it and it’s all used with things I typically have on hand for a total win!

This was the best meatball soup I’ve eaten and it didn’t take long to prepare...
