ive made this soup 3 different times. everyone loves it. i usually use a bit more broth to add an extra 1/2 c of rotini.

I loved this hearty soup and so did my hubby!!! Made one change I added about a quarter teaspoon of red pepper, it needed a little pizzaz!! I also browned the sausage and then rinsed it before I added the onions and garlic to the sausage .
