    Had some ground turkey so gave this a shot. Didn’t have leeks but had green onions and grilled the yellow onion. Added Worcestershire sauce, celery, green onion and real garlic. Turned out great

    Very good end of Winter early Spring meal. I added chopped kale for a touch of green. I served with multigrain seedy rolls

    I altered recipe but it was a good base. I also did not have fennel

    Delicious! Added red cabbage, kale and used a shallot and chopped garlic.
