- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 yellow onion (large, diced)
- 30 oz. pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. red kidney beans (can dark, drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. whole kernel corn (drained)
- 15 oz. Mexican style stewed tomatoes
- 15 oz. petite diced tomatoes
- 8 oz. diced green chiles (each cans, drained)
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives (drained)
- 1 Tbsp. Better Than Bouillon Beef Base (optional but encouraged)
- 4 cups beef broth
- tortilla strips (crispy, or chips)
- cilantro (minced)
- sour cream
- diced avocado
- jalapenos (sliced)
- sliced green onions
- shredded cheese
