  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/4 pounds pork neck (roughly diced)
  • 1 pound potatoes (peeled and cut into wedges)
  • 1 onion (peeled and finely diced)
  • 3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green,1 yellow, diced)
  • 15 ounces baked beans (in tomato sauce)
  • 3/4 cup steak sauce
  • 2/3 cup crème fraîche (or sour cream)
  • 1/4 pound gouda cheese (grated)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sauté pork for 5 mins. Add the potatoes, onion, peppers, beans and 2/3 of the steak sauce. Bring to a boil, season and remove from the heat. Transfer to a large greased baking dish and spread crème fraîche (or sour cream, if using) and grated cheese over top. Bake for 30-45 mins and serve with the remaining steak sauce.
